By signing this document, you agree to the following:

1. You may not, now or at any time in the future, distribute the source code for DisablePro (hereinafter , "PROGRAM"), whether in whole or in part, or the registered version of the PROGRAM, to any other person, in any way (verbally, electronically, graphically, in writing, or physically).
2. The obligations of Condition 1 shall not apply, if Adkins Software Design (hereinafter, "ASD"), or Scott Adkins (President & Owner of ASD), makes the PRODUCT's source code, or registered version, publicly available. At this time, and only this time, is this agreement rendered null and void
3. You may not produce and distribute in any way, a derived software product that may, directly or indirectly, compete with this software without prior written permission from the author.
4. ASD is not responsible for any damages, incidental or consequential, created by PROGRAM upon you, or your property.
5. If you did not purchase the PROGRAM (ie, it was given to you by ASD for evaluation, or educational purposes), you are obligated to destroy it and every copy (physical or otherwise) residing in your possession, at the request of ASD.

This agreement shall remain in force and effective indefinitely, the only exception being if Condition 2 is invoked.
